If you want to forget the head ache of setting up and breaking down all that gear, leave it to the professionals at HPR. We will be happy to help. At a minimum of 99$ for most cases, we are able to give you a more custom proposal via phone call. But if our trucks and carts can roll right up to your spot, adding a 99$ delivery is average.

Basic Set Up

For table and chair packages add one. Orders over 500$ add two. Delivery and Set Up/Break down fee varies per equipment plus milage for delivery. Additional fees may apply per assesments. We ask for you to let us know if your carts can NOT be rolled directly to site as it plays a role in set up time/price-  Mahalo.

Check this option if you'd like your items delivered and the total before taxes is under $200. Check TWO($98) if your rental total is $200-600 and check FOUR if your delivery is $600-1000. Orders more please call for estimate. Delivery and Set Up/Break down fee may vary if your event is 30 miles or more from our warehouse in Honolulu. Additional fees may apply for large tents over 30', terrain, steps, or per assesments. We ask for you to let us know if your carts can NOT be rolled directly to site as it plays a huge role in our set up time-mahalo. Leave it to our staff for all your equipment to be professionally installed and broke down.
